Ramesh joins Messrs Koh Dipendra Jeremiah Law with effect from 1 February 2020. For the last 24 years, Ramesh has established himself in the areas of banking litigation and insolvency as well as corporate restructuring.

Melisa Tai Mein-Sze is a Partner of the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Practise Group. Melisa was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2007. She has been practising extensively in range of complex banking, contractual, commercial, restructuring and insolvency matters in High Court and Appellate Courts in Malaysia.

Dipendra is a Partner leading the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Practice Group at KDJLaw. Dipendra is well versed in civil, commercial and banking litigation and has vast experience in the various stages of dispute management in both Court and arbitration proceedings.

Gary Yap Vern Chieh is a Partner of Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Practise Group. Gary was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2008. He provides advocacy and advisory services in disputes involving general areas of litigation .

Mike is one of the partners of the Corporate & Commercial, Banking and Finance Practice Groups.
